Loading dose: for the first 5 days take 1 x25gr scoopful 4 to 5 times a day with 250ml of water.
Maintenance dose: After 5 consecutive days on the loading dose, take 1x25gr scoopful once or twice daily with 250ml of water.
CAUTION: Not to be taken by persons under 18 years of age. Nor: diabetics, hypertensives or persons on mood altering drugs. Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding. High doses may cause stomach discomfort. Discontinue or reduce dose if side effects occur.
